Export: took care of the export leaders, increased the export turnover with some new distributors, followed the back orders, diminished terms of payment, controlled export agebts, and organized spanish and english training for thje surgeons, the nurses, and the sellers team. Marketing: launched some new products (rotating knee, reverse shoulder), created a new graphic charter, created the booth for the SOFCOT congress, created a new web-side, organized a French training week on the boat for 150 persons.

My objective was to transform the comapny, adapted the products line, and transfered production and commercial department, in Nice. The turnover was not enough to support the charge of the company in Dijon with 24 persons. The result was that the accounting balance sheet was positive, with a total new team (18 persons), line products, web-side, brochures...

PROTEK SULZER MEDICA
The objective of Sulzer Medica was to cancel his world agreement with Mathys, and introduce a new range of trauma. My challenge was to adapt this new range of product to the market of France. The result was positive: our business strategy was copied for the European's marketing strategy. We introduced some new products in the portfolio of Sulzer Medica. After 3 years, 50% of the turnover of Sulzer medica World was realized in France.

My objective was to reduce the quantity of references in the trauma range. Results: increased the turnover (15%) and stopped to produce 3000 references ( total: 7000)

1993: research department, worked to develop some implants for feet and hip surgeries with a grouop of surgeons from France. 1995: Rhone-Alpes, worked to develop some new customers. The challenge was to introduce the new feet surgery line in the hospitals.
