Assist construction managers and project managers during the entitlement, permitting, construction and project close-out process.

Develop investment packages to raise $6 Million in Equity and $12 Million in EB-5 capital for a dual concept hotel project in Orlando, Florida. Assist in raising equity by conducting investment presentations, following up with prospective investors, and securing new investors. Screen, analyze and filter potential real estate investment opportunities. Create in-depth financial analysis. Assist in preparing business plans, legal project documents and project schedules.

Work with brokers, property owners and consultants to find potential sites for Burger King stores in the USVI. Source and analyze potential real estate deals for multi-family and retail products in South Florida. Develop a development, marketing and financial plan to establish a Burger King Master franchise in the United States Virgin Islands (USVI). Build and update financial projections and budgets. Perform in-depth market research.
