Electrical Project for Line Differential Protection in Transmission Substations; Configuration e Parameter setting for IEDs (Intelligent Electronic Devices); Factory and Site Acceptance Tests (FAT and SAT). After the end of my internship I was offered the possibility of part-time working within the company while I studied to complete my Licentiate Degree. In this phase I mostly performed in-house FAT tests and developed electrical projects for the implementation of new retrofit projects.

In this company, I had the opportunity to take my first steps in the automation world. Working with the team that developed and implemented the modernisation of the line differential protection system on the main electrical transmission network utility in Portugal, I could cooperate in the project and test phase as well as the implementation of this system in the substation. Here I was also able to learn how to oversee and work with the teams of electricians that made the electrical implementation.
