Magnetoencephalography (MEG) is an ideal neuroimaging tool for interactively studying the spatio-temporal organization of the human brain in vivo. In my thesis, a new real-time analysis workflow for MEG recordings was introduced. The software programming was performed in Python with focus on unsupervised machine learning by means of principal component analysis (PCA) and independent component analysis (ICA), as well as numerical estimation of ill-posed inverse problems.

Development of software for real-time cardiac artifact rejection in magnetoencephalographic data

Development of quality and optimization algorithms for polarized light imaging data by means of constraint independent component analysis, spatial filtering and calibration methods (in IDL, www.harrisgeospatial.com). Additionally administration of Windows and Linux based computers.
