Worked on SAFe 5.0 Agilest project as product owner for Card Payment, and Gateway solution implementation  Engaged in requirements analysis, and prepared specific documents for new, modified system  Communicated extensively with the external/ internal clients  Translated the client requirements into highly specified workflows, diagrams, and use cases  Worked closely with Developers, Testers, and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility

 Data Analysis to prepare the migration strategy for Citibank's Acquiring business to Wirecard.  Define requirements for solutions, products, features and acceptance criteria.  Analyze and define business/technical requirements considering clients’ solutions and document AS-IS and TO-BE Flows.  Develop user stories, workflows and acceptance criteria for back-end, as well as front-end functionalities based on epics.

in Airline GDS and travel solutions products such as Amadeus Ticketing and Ancillary services, Amadeus Selling Platform, Low-cost carrier ticketing (LCC) and BSP/ARC Billing and Settlement. In addition to this, worked on card payments projects for merchants across Asia pacific region for credit card acquiring, payment gateway and issuing solutions. Also, proficient in analyzing regulatory requirements such as PCI-DSS, Airline BSP/ARC and cross-border airline interchange.
