Courage alone is not enough to leave the country you live in, your 17-year career, even the language you speak, and set sail for a new world. You must have a lifelong enthusiasm for learning and a fighting spirit. I am sailing into a new field, taking with me my experience of 17 years of internship, engineering, team/project leadership and company management. A profession can be learned in a short time, but business discipline and ethics, sense of responsibility, taking initiative where necessary, taking an attitude according to the position in the team, awareness of limits, professional approach definitely require many years of experience.
