• Coordinate non-conformity solutions • Assess and provide design solutions for structural non-conformities in primary and secondary structure (metal/ composite) • Lead a team of MRB Engineers at various projects • Recruit and train new Aeronautical & Mechanical Engineers • Approve design decision task and perform design assessment for TA created Airbus concessions • Coordinate Airbus procedures for concession and minor non-conformity management in TA

• Improving the design, performance and efficiency of existing products; Heavy Machines. • Research and coordination for CE (Community Europe) documentation of existing products • Prepare preliminary stress-analysis of concrete boom pumps using ANSYS. • Prepare preliminary stress-analysis of concrete molds of Deriner Dam using ANSYS. • Provide design support at all stages of the design process. • Prepare Technical Drawings. • Check Technical Drawings and Part Lists for accuracy and errors.
