• Directed projects in Libya including Al Beyda Palace Hotel Construction (32.000 sqm Construction area, 62 Mio USD), Ghat City Integrated Infrastructure Construction (Road and infrastructure, 220 Mio USD) and Yarmouk Military Building Project (Total construction area 35.000 sqm, 50 Mio USD) • Managed multiple projects at once and completed each job on or under the budget. • Developed cost-effective plans, risk management and schedules for completion of projects

• Managed Gocek Hills Villas (25 Villas), LaVanta Dwellings Construction (8 Ha total land area, 120 dwellings with all superstructure and infrastructure works) and Port Kundu Waterfront. • Led all aspects of the real estate development process from due diligence, financial modelling, permitting, site feasibility, contracting, construction means and methods, operational turnover.
