Establishing and managing an integrated section for Civil Aviation Statistics and Analytic at the Civil Aviation Authority. This section reports directly to the Director of Air Transport and responsible for acquiring necessary data, performing relevant analyses related to the status of Civil Aviation in the State of Qatar.
One of the key challenges facing fast growing airline is traffic rights. In this role, various strategies were established and implemented to facilitate improvements to bilateral air service agreements governing air transportation between Qatar and other countries.
Leading a team of aviation professionals with key focus on Business Intelligence related to Network Planning, Corporate Strategy, Alliances and Partnerships. In this role, the focus was on data requirements and building models to facilitate decisions related to Network Managements. Contracts negotiation and management with key data and systems suppliers were also one of key responsibilities.
