As a Strategic Consultant I’m responsible for multiple Strategic Accounts. Within these accounts I act as a sparring partner for key decision makers. Together with a dedicated account team (Consultant and Campaign Manager) we develop and execute online recruitment marketing campaigns on job level as well as target group and employer branding level.

As a Team Lead I have to manage & develop a team of (Senior) Consultants as well as retain a vast network of existing strategic clients (national & international) within Technology. - Acquisition of new online recruitment marketing campaigns and online employer branding campaigns (national & international); - Develop content marketing strategies; - Advising clients about how to deal with different sort of challenges within online recruitment - Develop Consultants on competence level. - MT member.

- Acquisition of new online recruitment campaigns and online employer branding campaigns (national & international); - Advising clients about the usage of online recruitment, jobmarketing and recruitment communication; - Publishing articles about new developments within online recruitment marketing - Retention of a vast network of existing clients.

Successful completion of recruitment procedures of Finance & Procurement Professionals within Chemical Technology, Industry, Logistics and Oil&Gas; Acquisition of new recruitment missions and the identification of high-potential candidates; Retention of a vast network of existing clients and potential candidates; Participation in setting up and expanding the Finance & Procurement business discipline assisting, coaching and working closely with fellow consultants in their recruitment procedures.
