Head of assembly plant: assembly lines, painting/logo printing lines, Head of technology department, technology, fixture room, industrialization, Head of aluminium foundry, reports to: General Country Manager, fulfilment of all operation KPI´s: productivity, OEE, scrap, PPM, operation cost, production capacity, cost optimization like: manpower, direct indirect, auxiliary, variable maintenance and repairs, contracted works, utilities, rental, sundry production costs, budget preparation and cost optimisation.

Management of Quality Department and Laboratory 54 employees, in the company employing over 1400 people. Reports to: General Country Manager, Global Quality Division Director. Main responsibilities: supervision over Quality Department budget, initiation and supervision over general action plans, analysis of non-quality costs for each production unit and initiation of corrective actions,

Management of Quality Dept. 12persons: quality specialists, SQE dept., incoming, metrologists• management of teams responsible for quality in the following projects: Opel, Fiat, Chrysler, Toyota, PSA, Renault• reports to Global Quality Manager• setting and monitoring Quality Dept. annual budget• supervision over quality systems and the proper functioning of production processes• optimization of quality costs• coordination and planning of process and product audits• setting plant quality indicators

contact with the Customer regarding: product approval: PPAP or interim GM1411• setting the quality std.: Appearance Manual, master samples• team proactive PFMEA workshops •completion and introduction of Customer doc.: spec. req, norms• company representation during teleconf., visits and customer on site audits• cooperation with Production Department concerning project quality assurance and solving quality issues• setting quality KPIs• leading preventive and proactive action plans

Coordination of actions concerning the approval of components on Magna level, internal PPAP• support of Project Dept. regarding quality issues •lodging complaints to the suppliers and the evaluation of subsequent actions• assessment of current and potential suppliers based on the quality, procedures requirements in Magna• cooperation on the level of supplier and other plant departments: Purchasing, Project, Logistics, Technological• on site supplier audits acc. ISO TS std.

Control and development of new projects for automotive• direct communication with the Customers: Magna, Nexteer, Delphi, BWI, Hutchinson, Trelleborg, CSA, Autoneum, ASK, Rockwell, Johnson Electric• Customer complaint management• preparation, validation of PPAP• IMDS preparation• APQP• optimization of quality costs• solving quality issues in the pre-prod., serial prod• process and product audits acc. ISO TS 16949• PFMEA leading, reviews• supervision, creation, update of Control Plans, work instructions
