Working with Product Engineers in the design of sealing solutions to meet customer requirements,This work includes: acting as the voice of customer regarding Part Design review prior to presentation to the customer; communicating and negotiating the Verification&Validation Testing to meet customer expectation, Proposing multiple technologies of Gaskets/Seals for performance testing on new engine and working with customer to optimize their sealing requirements

+Providing complete sealing solution for various hydraulic cylinders. +Overseeing development of Hydraulics business. +Involving in customers new projects understating application requirement providing cost effective sealing solution and designing hydraulic cylinder. +Carrying out lab tests and field tests analyzing performance of seals

+Managing design and development of Oil Seals for various Automotive and Industrial applications. +Understanding customer requirements and product application conditions. +Designing and developing assembly Tools, Fixtures, Equipment, Gauges, etc. +Closely working with customers to improve the product reliability.

 Administering the complete Tool Room and Machine Shop Activities.  Overseeing Press Tool assemblies and Mold assemblies.
