• Responsible for Level 2 support for India, Europe and America region. • Providing end-user support of Teamcenter unified (11.1.x), multi-CAD Integrations, Product Data/ Change/ Document Management and Workflows in production environments. • Understand the business process and perform root cause analysis, debugging problems with the Teamcenter. • Coordinate with Database Administrators, IT Operations and customers to plan releases as well as schedule and coordinate outages for deployment

• Provide 3D CAD drafting support including creating and revising product drawings. • Follow the Engineering Drawing Change Management & Release System. • Providing support for NX rendering Support. • Providing support to Engineering System Administrators to define and uphold standards, procedures, and work instructions as necessary to ensure standard use of CAD/CAM/PLM in Pune/AP/EU locations. • Train users of CAD/CAM/PLM systems in proper use and maintenance of CAD product data

Responsible for considering and knowing the end-user working • Environments, server infrastructure, database application and desktop • Installation requirement for Teamcenter and NX. • Support Teamcenter Installations and Applications (Teamcenter and UG NX). • Maintain SLA service level expectation by tracking and completing the task in Trouble Ticketing system • On-site customer Interaction: Application Support, Problem Solving and Training. • Testing of UG NX customize application.

• Modifications, 3-D modeling, Assembly, Drafting & Detailing of Vehicle Components according to M&M standards using I-deas 12 NX & UG NX5.0 • Creating 3D & 2D Layouts/Packaging as per M&M Standards • Coordinate with vendor for parts development, modification. • Work on the proposal parts issue in I-deas 12 NX: - transfer the confirmed proposal parts to its Original part number & update all drawings.
