Own and manage the budget for the projects in accountability that deliver customer driven projects. Manage virtual project teams with local and central functions, suppliers, 3rd parties and customers.

Data Network specialist responsible for Office network and Data center architecture and operations within VF Egypt. Role included call center data and voice architecture including outsourcing and third parties connectivity.

Project Manager for IT End to End Project. I was accountable to deliver this project through the complete project cycle including managing multi million dollar budget and various internal / external resources till the acceptance and handover phase.

This assignement was part of a talent rotation program within Vodafone. I was assigned to participate as a project leader in the World Cup 2010 Network Development Program. The project focuses on having adequate cellular coverage in all stadiums, hotels, fan parks, airports, travel routes, training facilities, etc that also confine with FIFA requirements. The systems that are installed are compatible with 2G (900+1800+EDGE), 3G (HSDPA+HSUPA) and Wimax technologies.
