I designed and optimized the customer journey and service blueprint for online training, which led to an increase in user satisfaction. I conducted user experience interviews to identify key pain points and user needs, which ultimately led to the development of a new feature. I also designed graphic logos and created custom Miro templates for training workshops. I designed a visually appealing booklet for online training, which improved the user experience and training effectiveness.
