Developed an innovative product solar milk can cooler, a 100% off grid hybrid machine. Saved significant cost amount for product than market cost by cost optimization and market research. Worked on a project from scratch till the prototype testing. Carried out feasibility analysis for the product along with product life cycle assessment. Performed calculations for sun availability, solar panel capacity, required battery storage, refrigeration capacity.

Worked on all stages of project development from defining client specifications, research and development, designing, quality control, internal audits, manufacturing the supervision of the production phases up to the testing of the machine and final installation.

Creation of a “Waste steam recovery system” for the food industry. Result: Reduction of the fuel consumption of a boiler with reduced operating costs and increased efficiency of the overall system.
