Manage teams of 50 FTE s performing the Payment and Funds Release Operation for US, Continental Europe, Germany, UK and Middle East regions. ; Direct the daily operations within business group managing staff, performing administrative functions, escalating and troubleshooting issues.  Ensure appropriate staff motivation levels and continuous learning.  Develop new ideas and strategic plans for how the teams can bring greater value to the global operations function.

Analysis of Budget vs. Actual Revenue from Projects and preparing key reports. - Creation of Cost Consumption Analysis. Manage the projects lined up for the year and conduct the cost/benefit analysis and define the scope.- Variance analysis of Revenue Forecasts (Monthly) & Actual v/s Plan (Yearly) on monthly/quarterly basis.; Transitioned Sales Support process (Insurance Sector) from Germany

 Managing a team of 30 people involved in Billing and collections (Telecom).  Work closely & actively with support Services like HR, IT, Admin & Facilities to align operational objectives and goals.  Designed and implemented due diligence and transitions Plan (Inter/Intra City) Billing Operation.  Play a key role in coordinating with Transitions, Project and IT Team and ensured smooth migration of the process from on shore location.

 Leading a team of 18 people involved in processing of securities accounts of clients of Deutsche Bank and Citigroup.  Conducting performance evaluations and appraisals of team-members on bi-yearly basis and recommending for salary adjustments and promotions. - Successfully led a Green Belt project for FTE reduction (resulting in hard saving of 6000 GBP). - Transitioned 2 processes from Germany and attained 4 sigma levels in terms of meeting the SLA within a month’s time.
