Marc, a former chef in Michelin-starred restaurants, is Associate Professor of Service Management and the Founding Director of the Institute of Business Creativity at EHL. He is an internationally recognized expert in creativity, aesthetics, and sensory knowing and the creator of a number of highly successful executive education programs. Marc is an experienced board professional both in the academic and business world. He serves on the boards of learned societies like the European and the British Academies of Management, on the review boards of several academic journals, as well as on the Executive Committee of the Swiss Food and Nutrition Valley, and the Advisory Boards of the Fredman Group and O2Score.
