Über mich
Bin hatte verschiedene Marketingrollen inne, aber ganz besonders geprägt hat mich meine (lange) Zeit bei Neff. 12 Jahre In einem Satz zusammengefasst: Wir haben es immer geschafft, die Formel "mit wenig viel erreichen" zu lösen und darauf sind wir sehr stolz. Persönlich habe ich es immer als Privileg empfunden, sich weiterbilden zu können und von anderen zu lernen. Da ist auch er Grund, weshalb ich ein günstiges Zeitfenster genutzt habe, um meine Dissertation zu schreiben, eine Business Coach Ausbildung zu machen und ein Buch zu schreiben. Ich finde das Interessanteste auf dieser Welt sind die Menschen. Und diese Menschen zu verstehen und mit Ihnen gut umzugehen, Menschen zu entwickeln. Ich bin überzeugt, dass Menschen den Unterschied machen, den sogenannten "core competitive advantage". Ich habe dazu auch ein Buch geschrieben. Als Person bin ich bestimmt, neugierig, pragmatisch und ein Team Player, der Zusammenarbeit, Kreativität und Exzellente Ergebnisse wertschätzt.

Tasks: Production Planning of Tarragona production site, selling of 15.000 tons of Industrial Chemicals outside of Spain. Key Countries Morocco, Algeria, Tunesia. Spot Business with UK, Kenia, Korea, South Africa. Coordination of specific finance terms and termins of delivery. Booking of vessels for shipment. Key Achievement: industrial chemicals is a very competitive business. We could manage to maintain a non-negative profitability in average, together with the spanish market.
