I am responsible for the vendor management process in the Commerce and Consumer Industries area at the COO-Office, budget and cost management, supporting stakeholders of different countries such as Germany, the US, Canada, China, India, France, Poland, Austria, Bulgaria, and Brazil, elaboration and reviews of project statement of work (SoW), supporting of external contractors hiring, and the onboarding process, supporting the different suppliers, negotiation of rates with suppliers, etc.

As Software Trainer I made my own course: Object-oriented Analysis and Design using The Enterprise Architect (EA) tool. I also taught classes in the Project Management Course (PMP Certification Prep Course) at TargetTrust in Southern Brazil.

I managed a new business area composed of system analysts and an outsourced company that was responsible to develop a new Software as a Service (SaaS) for Real Estate companies in Brazil. This software was developed using .NET Core, C#, BDD, TFS, BitBucket, UX, MVC, SOA, and SQL Server. To manage this area, I created software engineering processes based on PMBOK and Scrum practices. Discussion and presentation of status reports and management by indicators (KPIs) with the company's board and executives.

Project management and technical leadership of several projects for the company, supporting customers of different business areas, using the PMBOK and Scrum practices. Technical leadership of a big team (30+ FTEs). I was responsible for hiring, coaching, mentoring, monitoring, and training the entire team of systems analysts. Systems analysis of several projects using UML, RUP, CMMi practices, database modeling with Erwin, and requirement specifications with UML through Enterprise Architect (EA).

I have worked as a system analyst in financial products (credit, leasing, loan, risk of market, and financial transfers) for different financial customers. I was also responsible for database modeling using the PowerDesigner tool, business modeling with BPMN, and PL/SQL programming for Oracle, MS SQL Server, and SYBASE. The main technologies were Java and PowerBuilder.

I have worked with analysis and software development using different technologies such as Java, C#, C++, Visual Basic 6, Oracle, and SQL Server. I have worked in the development of different services for serial, and parallel communication with banking peripherals (pinpad, card reader, checks reader, fiscal printer, and others) using Wosa/XFS, IFX, Java, C#, C++, and Visual Basic 6.

Thesis title: Performance Evaluation of Software Development Project Teams through Probabilistic Models. I developed a web application using Java, JSF 2, Primefaces, Hibernate, PostgreSQL and a integration with a C++ application (PEPS – Performance Evaluation of Parallel Systems).
