Finance function lead for channels business unit in Brazil, including full P&L responsibility, forecasting, run-the-business performance and management reporting, while partnering with the Sales Director and Global Channels Finance Director to develop and execute a profitable strategy that creates value for our partners and customers. I also ensure adherence to statutory, legal, tax and compliance of all aspects of laws applicable to the business.

After re-joining Dell, I led product pricing strategy, operations and market intelligence for Small Business segment. I provided insightful information on recent market dynamics for leadership to support business decisions. Also, I acted as a product cost controller, providing commodities cost forecasts for cycle planning and new product launches.

I was responsible for the capital and operational expenditures of the first manufacturing plant of the company in Latin America. During this time, I worked on project investment analysis through financial modeling, supported the plan, development and execution of the 3-year financial planning while performing financial performance reviews, variance analysis and forecasts.

At ABInBev, I had the chance to develop myself as people manager with 15 direct headcounts while leading regional finance cycles and forecasting for 16 distribution centers. Later, I joined HQ as head of finance for channels, dealing with all major retailers in the country and managing a working capital of US$ 400M.

I started my career as an intern in Global Financial Services in areas such as credit, collection, fraud prevention and risk management. Later, I joined the Finance Development Program where I had the chance to learn from Dell's worldwide finance leaders at our HQ in Round Rock, Texas. During this period I rotated through areas such Commercial Finance and acted as Assistant Controller for a sales business unit.
