I work closely with colleagues to deliver complex and/or customized and/or multi work-stream solutions meeting client expectations. Assignments concern business transformation and organization strategy in the fields of Financial Services and Energy. I contribute to winning business, generally through extension of existing work but also as a ‘go-to’ person. I also lead relationships and/or projects of considerable complexity and have the experience and expertise to engage and mobilise a client.

I work on project teams with more seasoned practitioners and sales colleagues to deliver custom solutions that meet and exceed client expectations. I exercise judgment in understanding client issues and customizing solutions to fit. I have developed a level of presence and maturity that means I take the lead on defined aspects of a project or business development activity.

As part of Enoi R&D trading team, designed internal counterparty credit risk (i.e. Z-score based) models adopted by the company to comply with Basel II capital requirements – Enoi: 4.3 million € turnover & 1st independent gas importer in Italy; analysed trading marginality, designed and monitored KPIs and performance reports, priced gas forwards; built business plans and identified strategic areas to open downstream activity (growth from 4 to 80 employees)

Assessed product launch feasibility in 5 European countries for 1st pharmaceutical company in Germany
