Setup & Implementation of the Program Management Office (PMO) to run the Business Excellence Program

Business Services (Finance, Admin) across BUs and DACH countries

Managing the transition after sale to Bavaria Industries Group in Munich, incl. purchase accounting, new services & loan agreements, etc. Responsibility for Finance & Admin across 10 countries with 20 employees. Implementation of a "Financial Shared Service Center". Supporting the Sales & Mkt organization across Europe with services like bid management, commercial budgets & commissions, pricing standards, etc.

Supervision of 19 employees in the areas Finance, Admin, IT, Training & Development across the countries GE, AT, CH, PL and RU. Installation of an ERP software (Coda Financials). Implementation of a Regional IT Service Centre (Helpdesk, IT Operations, Business Intelligence). Introduction of "Transfer Pricing Agreements" across the Region. Regional implementation of a group-wide Customer/ Candidates database incl. interface to Finance- and Online systems.

Responsibility for the areas Finance, Admin, HR, Legal for 35 employees and ~ € 100 Mio. turnover for the accommodation Joint Venture. Responsibility for annual accounts (Local GAAP, US-GAAP) and tax declarations. Dealing with banks in regards to loans and investments. Accountability for contracts management (hotel contracts, SLA's, cooperations, etc.). Dealing with Governmental Authorities, FIFA and Football Associations across the globe.

Setup and maintenance of more than 20 subsidiaries throughout Europe and Asia for an annual group revenue of € 70 Mio. and 200 employees Responsibility for Intl. reporting (US-GAAP), incl. investment controlling Head of group treasury. Project management of international software roll outs (ERP/CRM) Support of integration projects prior (Due Dilligence) and after the takeover through Adecco S.A. in the first half of 2002 (Purchase Accounting, Reporting, Goodwill calculation, Squeeze out, etc.

In UK: - Support to BU Director (revenue p.a. $1 billion) of the business unit and the 4 divisions across all functions (Sales, Marketing, Production, etc.) - Responsibility for implementing a second hand market for returned goods - Preparation and implementation of the annual business plan and the internal reporting In Germany: - Support of the Finance & Admin Director - Price calculations of "bundled" products - Monthly reporting to EMEA HQ - Implementation of the Business Unit concept
