Found and manage a profitable start-up company that provides municipalities with mobile residential solutions for asylum seekers so that they can honour their obligations. The Company closed due to the huge reduction of refugees entering the country which meant that there was no longer a market.

Led the Data Quality Tax Team (ZH an LON) and implemented changes that resulted in an increase in the quality of data used for producing UK Tax reports and also improved the collaboration between stakeholders.

Led a team of very senior Business Analysts, IT Architects and Data Base Administrators to define and implement a strategy to migrate the 30-year-old Reference Data legacy system to a new IT platform and decommission the legacy system.
