My PhD research project incorporates informatics with genetics and statistics as I study the transcriptome profiles in early embryonic development by using bioinformatics together with next-generation sequencing (NGS) techniques.

Continuing research assistant duties with a concentration on the CCSVI/SWI trials. Maintaining the organization’s website and designing posters/presentations for conferences.

Master’s Thesis: Protein complex modeling for a novel protein found in hESCs

Accounts payable/receivable/payroll for a construction company. Implementing a new accounting software for the company’s day-to-day financial and logistics operations. Summer job that was extended to part-time position during the new accounting software implementation period.

One month vessel renovation project at the STX Europe shipyard. Project assistant at the planning office: report creation, schedule tracking/calculations.

Research, database and clerical duties in support of multi-center clinical trials by organizing, analyzing and compiling clinical research data as well as processing MRI data. Training of new hires. Responsible of accounts payable. Maintaining the BNAC website and intranet. Graphic design of the BNAC posters to conferences. Assisting in the organization of the center’s educational seminars and symposia. Administration and quality management of SOPs, development and supervision of audit trail documentation.
