- Supporting the BBBA management in office administration and in promoting business relations between the United Kingdom and Bulgaria; - Favouring the professional network created to fulfill the needs and interests of BBBA members; - Preparing the BBBA Newsletter and updating the website and social media.

- Booking of transfers, hotels and excursions for German-speaking clients throughout the UK and Ireland; - Preparing offers and fulfilling client requirements; - Handling phone calls, faxes and emails; - Dealing with client complaints; - Checking hotel invoices and giving the right information to the accounts department.
