-Sell, process, enter, and confirm room reservations using selling techniques and strategies -Maintain knowledge of our reporting system, current events and potential issues -Provide incoming callers with room assignments and types, up-selling when appropriate -Explain hotel details, rates, services, amenities, and other information about the hotel as requested -Handling payments for stay including incidental costs by obtaining credit information

- Support all sales activities by communicating to existing and potential customers about COTRI products and follow up with sales leads - Maintain sales databases as well as assist in the preparation of proposals for customers Establish relationships with executive decision makers at the early stages of the sales process
