Building a new partnership with Centric Software in west countries begins by joining the PVH (Tommy Hilfiger - Calvin Klein) PLM Team on their every day activity. This super-dynamic team needs some help on specific topics and on gaining knowledge on the PLM administration & configuration. It is a great occasion for me to discover a new culture and to work with people from different countries !

In addition to my work as project manager and consultant, I'm now manager of the FIT RETAIL Centric business consultants. I ensure to be available for their need and help them to progress and grow in their job. But I also keep learning at their side ... as human is much more complicated than a software :)

I had joined the taskforce on the brand new Centric PLM deployment for Louis Vuitton. I had the pleasure to discover a new universe, full of industrial processes kind to my heart, and to work with highly motivated people from Fit Retail and Centric. This was a great opportunity for a first Centric project as we covered nearly 100% percent of the available functionalities of the PLM

I was in charge of interresting projects : - A mobile application for price survey in shops - IT coordination for new price labels - POC for new furniture product family I was a member of the "order" team, working on the Nodhos tool. My first discovery of the retail world ! As a mother, I took comfort in seeing how severe are the quality requirements for toys and baby apparel !

I was in charge of the technical and data aspects of the invoicing application of the european logistics of Michelin. This application is half part included in the general BI system for the logistics and half part made of Microsoft Access applications. I was also in charge of all the other Excel and Access applications used for the european logistics, trying to keep them under control so that users have simple and great solutions to do things quicker without the budgets usually needed ...
