In my current role I am leading overall programs and GTM initiatives for the DACH region. I work closely withglobal stakeholders and teams in order to provide value to our partners and community. This also includes building a diverse & innovative workplace and bringing ideas of creative minds to live.

I am responsible for bringing ideas, plans and strategy of developer advocacy team in Berlin to life. This includes onsite event support, logistics management or collaboration and communication with global teams and management. I lead overall co-marketing execution with strategic partners as well as engagement with local agencies. I'm also responsible for managing local payments, approvals and budget tracking. Integrating and optimizing global processes for Berlin team is further key of this role

projektleitung des Produktentwicklung: Erstellung von Projektplanung, WBS, Verantwortung der entwicklungsrelevanten Prozessschritte & deliverables, Leitung+Controlling von 3 Dev. Teams (Agile und Product Release Cycle), nach PMI, Optimierung der Planungs- und Entwicklungsprozesse/modelle,Kommunikationsschnittstelle zwischen Projektstakeholdern und zu mittlerem Management,Priorisierung von Anforderungen, Strategiediskussionen, Dokumentation des Projektverlaufs (MS-Projekt, MS - Office)

Leitung, Beratung + Unterstützung verschiedenster B2B Kundenprojekte beim Einsatz und Umgang mit IBM Collaboration Solutions. Begleitung versch. Projektphasen(Anforderungsaufnahme, Pre-Sales,Konzeptphase, Umsetzung,Go-Live, tägliche Administration, Weiterentwicklung + Troubleshooting) Position erfordert sehr hohe Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit, ein ausgeprägtes Zeitmanagement und sehr starke Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikation u Selbstständigkeit

Weiterentwicklung der Prozessflüsse von IBM Dynamic Infrastructure (Cloud Computing), Scripterweiterung, MR - Javaentwicklung, Test bestehender Funktionalitäten, Testautomatisierung, Testerweiterung

Als Trainee habe ich begleitend zum Studium an der Internationalen Berufsakademie Stuttgart (International University of Cooperative Education) die Abläufe in verschiedenen Abteilungen des Unternehmens kennengelernt und unterstützt.
