Remote support for on-site network engineers, building workaround, migrating big LAN’s to a new standard design, support for building the new design concept: >>> 1st line support for 1 year for a huge German customer. >>> 2ns line support for 2 years and 3 months for a huge German customer. Maintaining a network of around 30.000 Network devices (Cisco, Alcatel, Funkwerk), on-call duty, migration of big sites to a standard design. >>> February 2013 – 3rd line support for several big customers.
