Part of the management team, reporting to the CEO, defining and delivering the Backbase product line. Ownership of product roadmap of Backbase’s market-leading Ajax products. Operational and people management of 30+ product development team. Leading the Backbase evangelization efforts for the development community.

Management of the roadmap and go to market of the Tridion Marketing Solution, a new product based on Tridion’s CMS Platform. Launch of product initiated Tridion's strategy towards solutions. Managed cross-functional team including sales and engineering.

Project management in the UNIFACE lab in the areas of distributed systems and middleware, including CORBA and J2EE. Responsibility for the entire life cycle from the business case to requirements, design, implementation, and final delivery.

Management of a team of ten IT staff and a budget of 10 million Francs implementing and supporting business applications including (1) PeopleSoft HR implementation (2) internal web hosting infrastructure and (3) standard office software supply for all staff.

Software design and development using an object-oriented approach in a C++/Unix environment for Dalim, a start-up specializing in solutions for the pre-press market.
