Main focus were projects with high strategic relevance for the Körber Group, our business areas & companies e.g. business plans & preparation for market entry of new products or markets, operations due diligence & post-merger integration, PMO support digital transformation & smart factory, program lead operational excellence, finance excellence, end-to-end & production value stream design

Strategy consultant in the automotive and engineering industry with focus on organizational structures, new products and markets, R&D and production processes and efficiency programs.

Responsible for controlling and reporting, finance and treasury, economic strategy and forecasting, software development.

Responsible for purchasing, logistics, construction, electrics, biomed equipment, security, vehicles and the kitchen of the hospital. Construction of a maternity building for Cholera patients. 60 reports (logisticians, technicians, drivers, guards, cooks).

Responsible for the development of new products, performance of serial products, legal regulations and department budget. R&D interface to sales & marketing and production in APAC. Competitive portfolio APAC incl. 10 new products in 2011. Integration of the new business field India into R&D. 5 direct reports (engineers / project leaders).
