• Responsible for fulfilling day to day Enterprise backup operations and backup & recovery, jobs monitoring, and troubleshooting failures. • Upgrade Backup environment to newer versions. • Provided training, troubleshooting, technical advice and direction to other members of the team.

• Manage and support database team for any database issues and transfer knowledge with team. • Create oracle database 10g and 11g on file system and ASM • Troubleshoot Grid Control OMS, Agents problems • Managing the DB's storage structure. • Managing all database objects • Proactively monitoring the DB's health and taking preventive. • Monitoring and tuning performance through grid control (ADDM, AWR, STATSPACK, and SQL ADVISORS ). • Managing database unknown errors using oracle SR (Metal ink).

• Implementing Oracle Applications Oracle HR, Oracle Payroll, Oracle Training & Administration and Time & Labor Modules). • Creating Reports using Oracle Discoverer • Creating Oracle reports and forms for some tailored solutions :( Loans, Projects, LC, LG) • First level of support on oracle applications for Telecom Egypt end users • Give training on Oracle HRMS modules payroll, HR and training administration for Telecom Egypt end users.
