Execution of takeoff for finishing works; sending an inquiries to suppliers and subcontractors; orders materials for construction purposes; preparing attachments to the contract with the subcontractor; planning work progress; updating the progress of works in the schedule; keeping logs of construction and concreting; checking the compliance of drawing documentation; resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.

Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect; liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project; day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors; resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.

Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations; overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant; managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect; day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.

Perform quality control of pressure container, burners and equipment installation; documentation of incompatibility; supervision of welding processes, control and marking of welds, supervision of pressure tests; overseeing customer complaints.

Acting as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, crafts people and operatives; checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations; ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications; managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect.

Cooperation with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress; construction record keeping; checking materials cards; the current supervision of compliance performance of works in accordance to the schedule; preparation of monthly progress reports.
