I was working in a consulting role and securing a smooth transfer of Software Configuration Management (SCM) function of a complex server product from Finland to TietoEnator's offshore location in Ostrava, Czech Republic. During a 6 month international assignment I trained the offshore team to use and maintain SCM tools related to SW version control, SW building and SW installation in adherence to agreed R&D processes.

Responsible of all maintenance phase activities and processes related to a Nokia Siemens Networks' O&M server product for management of HLRs (Home Location Register) in mobile networks. Responsible of regular planning, controlling and reporting of the activities, measuring KPIs defined in SLAs and reacting to deviations. Responsible of maintenance phase releases and hot fixes.

SW Engineer in a department providing R&D services to Nokia Networks. Worked in different technical roles and gathered deep experience of application of Software Configuration Management (SCM) and related processes in a complex distributed R&D environment.

Designer in an ERP conversion project related to a Nokia factory PDMS (Product Data Management System). Responsible of system specification, testing and server side programming with C / Oracle PROC in Unix environment.

System design and programming
