Together with TOP-management developed strategic plan of AXA Ukraine for 2014-2016. As part of the strategic plan, developed a new business model and financial model of Agents distribution network of AXA Ukraine (around 1000 agents).

As part of evaluation of potential target investees or during M&A projects, generated market study reports for local and international management.

HC is a private equity fund with USD 670 mln assets under management. While working there I participated in operational and financial due diligence of potential investees. Also - helped to monitor performance of existing investees: banks, insurance companies, leasing companies from Russia, Belarus, Moldova, Ukraine.

The Treasury of Citybank Ukraine is a team of a few professionals who generate half, if not more, profits of Citibank Ukraine. I was lucky to become an intern and a part of this team for a few months during my studies at Kyiv School of Economics.
