Responsible to set a strategic direction for Automation Office and managing day-to-day operations including managing Projects deliveries and Defect Management using HP ALM. Acting as a Product Owner for UiPath Task Capture & Citizen Developer program in the organization. Managing project deliverables & operations with external vendors and ensuring they are completed within SLA Performing Architectural reviews and solution design for first-time release of the projects.

• Working as a RPA Developer to automate Business processes and Certified in UiPath as Advanced UiPath Developer. • Proficient in all phases of SDLC such as Analysis, Design, Development, Integration, Implementation and Maintenance. • Managing project Review sessions to recommend the best practices before project deployment for other developers and Architects.

• Validation and classification of change requests according to its complexity and urgency on ServiceNOW. • Engaged in various AI/ML based Automation as a bridge between Stakeholders and IT Team as a RPA Business Analyst.

• Responsible for providing level 2 troubleshooting and handling all types of Technical & Sales issues for client as Senior Technical Associate. • Responsible for driving End to End Compliance activity, Manage Daily, Weekly and Monthly Report out of Compliance dashboard to stake holders & Drive In-floor Compliance starting from basic hygiene as Compliance Officer.
