Pre opening & opening We take over a new property in the South of China and develop here in the right direction. Opened finally in summer 2011 and set up the right thing. I did the staff hireing, kitchen consulting, choose the equipment, Menu designing (5 outlets), set up operation and catering kitchen for up to 1200 pax, initiate food safty system and HACCAP program. During absence of Director of F&B (about 6 month) handled this department as well with excom.
