- Support applicant management, including database maintenance and applicant correspondence - Responsible of job advertisements on career platforms and contact person for cooperation partners - Support the holiday planning of the company - Support in the monitoring of time accounts, missed and vacation periods trough company's owned database - Data maintenance and evaluation of health statistics - Implementation of personnel-specific employee training - Create shift schedules for the production areas

- Support the daily business: correspondence with applicants, posting job-ad, enter data through company-owned database - Lead job-interviews independently and introduce suitable applicants to partners
