* merging two Microsoft Dynamics CRM instances (Belgium and Netherlands). 7.000 customers, € 48 million turnover in 2015: data analysis for root cause + * roll-out of the Off-Site Operations (OSO) module, for planned water sample taking. Backend and mobile app. 9500 samples per month, 23 sample takers. Saving 2 FTE due to no more paperwork. * Data analysis for root cause + problem solving, designing + testing / deploying interfaces to solve data problems
