Research on the influence of pneumococcal infection on the function of glucocorticoid receptor pathway in pulmonary epithelial cells. Cell/bacteria culture, transfection, western blot, ELISA, confocal immunofluorescence, confocal Life-cell imaging, Luciferase assay, RT-PCR, and Immunoprecipitation.

The development of the vector system for neutrophil extracellular trap (NET)-formation. Cloning process, cell culture, transfection, western blot, and FACS.
