I am responsible that our dealers respect the warranty and technical process from BMW Group. So I have to visit all of them (more than 150) in eight countries in Europe to check if they claim in the right way the warranties and fullfit our technical Standards. I also check if they do the repairs in the right way and if they fullfit our CI in the workshop. The other thing is to look how the markets can increase their turnover and save costs for BMW Group always with the focus on customer sadisfaction.
