I have extensive experience in business management & development, employee management, motivation, and fundraising. Combined with my experience in engine and complex engine components development, I have mastered growing and managing start-ups through their transition to production entities, especially in the authority-certified aerospace sector. The management of international projects and development teams demonstrates my leadership and organizational skills on an elevated level. My strong IT background benefits implementing a robust and efficient IT infrastructure and software solutions like requirement and product lifecycle management systems and ERP software.
