Global Process Owner for Order-to-Cash. Responsible for SD module in the context of SAP S4 Implementation Project. Leading a team of 12 administrators in customer service and/or order fulfillment.

Assume Product Ownership for the product Order-to-Invoice covering sales order intake, returns & claims, pricing & rebates as well as billing and invoice presentment in the B2B area. Manages a product team of 6x people (excluding tech delivery team) in 3x locations. Responsible for continuous process improvement by investigating into new technologies and means of automation.

Designed, implemented and governed state-of-the-art SAP process template covering modules SD, FI & CO. This includes but is not limited to Customer Master and Pricing related Masterdata. Rolled-out SAP template processes to more than 30 company codes. Reengineered and implemented processes in existing SAP installations. By doing this we did ensure transparency and consistency to support meaningful reporting and business planning.

Develop excellent controlling solutions in the area of but not limited to sales and margins through improvement and harmonization of master data setups, ERP processes and operational reporting.

Global Finance Sales, Brands adidas & Reebok, reporting directly into the Head of Controlling. Focus: World-wide sales and margins incl. backlog development, business cases.

Analysis of backlogs, sales, margins, marketing costs, sample costs, other operating overhead costs as well as all reportings to MD and HQ.

Preparation of diploma at ESCADA AG, Knits department, development of a procurement concept

Controlling department Region Asia Pacific/Middle East, Project: Development of Regional Intranet Website; Regional Controlling, portfolio analysis, reporting etc.

Treasury, calculating the "burning rate", development of an overall process plan for the start-up company etc.
