I am rsponsible for: i) Managing several Ops functions: Supply Chain Management, Industrial Partner Management, Quality Management and ERM. II) Preparing of the In-Service Phase of the Hyperloop: Integrated Logistic Support (influence design, ensure Support Deliverables Dev't, In-Service Support Concept) and In-Service Operations (Concept of Operations, etc). Moreover, I am the acting Head of Safety, in charge of making sure that our products and Systems are safe and secure and prepared for certification.

In my role as VP Sales of ATEXIS group for the DACH region, I lead and direct a sales team of 3 business managers to meet or exceed our defined sales objectives, in terms of order intake, revenue, sales profitability and budgetary objectives. The role involves strategic planning, managing people, selling, leveraging technology and improving processes, in tight collaboration with the ATEXIS Top Management Team and the rest of the organization.
