Journaled daily treasury, bi-monthly payroll, and month-end GL entries. Reconciled GL accounts. Performed key finance role in payroll system conversion and created new payroll journal entry process that reduced finance time requirement from a whole day to 15 minutes. Finance/accounting liaison for multiple members of the global management team providing budgeting/results support. Created executive level financial dashboard based on monthly results excel file.

Parked daily and monthly journal entries in SAP. Cleansed A/R and A/P accounts. Completed ad-hoc tasks for accounting and finance supervisors.

Responsible for monthly billing cycle of up to 90 clients. Resolved problems/conflicts with clients and sub-consultants regarding invoice, invoice payment, and contract compliance. Entered all project/contract data into Deltek software including initial setup, modification, and closeout. Completed special projects for principals and project managers such as project budget/usage analyses and document preparation for audits.
