* Establish and lead architecture team for hybris micro-service based cloud offering known as hybris as a service - Technologies: > IaaS: openstack, amazon web services > Paas: cloud foundry > many more technologies, e.g. clojure, docker, elastic search, ... - Responsibilities: > Driving technology strategy, architecture vision, and create architecture blueprints > Collecting, generating, analyzing, and communicating innovative ideas and technologies that are applicable across the enterprise > etc.

Leadership for Architecture, Product Management, Development & Web Content Management with a team of 80+ people (matrix organization & external vendors) incl. respective budget responsibility. Run and Build responsibility for 3 different Platforms: Reseller Store based on SAP ByDesign technology (store.sap.com), Direct Sales Store based on Hybris Commerce technology (sapstore.com) and SAP Eco System offerings based on AppDirect technology (sappappcenter.com)

* Support (mostly) European customers with delivering and maintaining their hybris based e-commerce solutions - Responsibilities: integration of e-commerce stack into existing enterprise architecture (e.g. SAP landscape), function/ technical design of back-office and web technology stack, coaching project management during delivery phase, verification of implementation partners’ deliverables quality, etc. * Support in-house sales department during sales cycle with functional and technical expertise
