Responsible for leading classes of German language in an entertaining and effective way. I prepare creative and challenging tasks to motivate my students to learn and to make progress in German. I learnt how to identify student weak points in order to focus on them and to eliminate them. As a result of my encouragement and their initiative the students reached higher level (B2, CEFR) of their language skills so they can understand native speakers and express their ideas fluently and spontaneously.

Participating in organizing of marketing + PR and HR issues in AIESEC LIBEREC • campaign planning • market research • spreading promo materials • support of online promo • attending physical promo actions (infomeetings, presentations, roadshows, class shouts) • recruiting new members • preparation and evaluation of the selection process

I coordinated the communication with foreign suppliers, especially from Germany, Spain, Finnland and Italy. Through effective engagement I developed Direct Marketing and Direct Mailing as I created regular newsletters for promotional campaigns both in B2B and B2C form. According to customers requirements I prepared presentaiton and calculation for products. I carried full responsibility for administration and for creating trade statistics via INTRASTAT.

In Hermés Language School I took care of managing individual courses of German language. I tried to modify the classes according to students personal wishes and needs. At the end the students were able to understand the main grammar and to produce fluency text in both written and spoken form.

My role was to provide communication with international suppliers, especially from Germany. I learnt how to work in team of 5 members and how to operate in ERP SAP.
