I was responsible for a team composed of up to 15 specialists. I led recruitment process, planed and developed skills of the team. Was responsible for utilization of the team members, quality of offered service, and building team development strategy. Second equally important part of my activities was solution delivery projects execution.

I was responsible for: • Project team‘s work coordination (starting from very early design phase to release to production, hypercare) • Direct contact with customer, making agreements in technical areas • Preparing comprehensive documentation of a projects (SoW/LLD/HLD/Support documentation) • Design and development of ETL processing (ControlM, Cronacle, Shell, INFORMATICA POWER CENTER, Ab Initio, ORACLE, Teradata) • Data modelling • Test cases preparation and testing process coordination
