Legal consultations on public procurement; searching for public procurement, sending questions to the Contracting Authority, preparation of bids, consultations with persons responsible for the execution of the order; Coordination of staff (5-10); Acquiring customers from Poland and Germany; Translation of documents; Organising and conducting business meetings; Searching and participating in conferences;

Acquiring and negotiating contracts in German; Supervising employee groups (20-30); Performing acceptance of performed work; Settlement of performed work; Translating project documentation; Participation in meetings of investors and contractors.

Preparing young people for exams (baccalaureate, gymnasium exam, colloquia, final exams)- individual and group classes; Providing legal advices, drawing up opinions, contracts; Conducting training in civil law, public procurement law.

Implementation of Projects co-financed by the European Union; Searching for and monitoring sources of funding for activities; Preparing and agreeing on substantive and financial reports of projects; Supervising the work of other organizational units in the scope of implemented project tasks; Organisaing and coordinating local mass events; Supervising work and assigning tasks to the Promotion and Development staff; Supervision over project implementation for ca. EUR 2 million; Conducting public procurement.

Active acquisition of customers for designated training courses in IT, CRM and interpersonal skills; Implementation of the assumed project objectives; Preparation of contracts; Assisting clients in interpreting the rules and regulations and contract provisions; Caring for the company image; Organizing training groups; Negotiating and consulting with clients; Building positive relations with acquired clients; Participation in industry meetings.

Assigning and coordinating the work of the group of 30-40 employees; Keeping records of tasks performed by individual employees; Supervising the timetable for the press to leave the printing house; Settlement of tasks performed during the shift.
